This was the second job Luke and his team did for us, the first being a very nifty under stairs half bathroom. This time was a conversion and upgrade of our two basement rooms: complete modernisation combining the two, with a new integral shower room with toilet. Luke has a real can-do approach, works with some lovely people, and is really good at working with you to help achieve your ideas. It's another lovely job and we're delighted.

You can tell from the get-go Luke is someone who really cares about his work, he has a lovely group of people working with him and is more fairly priced than a lot of competitors. We are not the easiest customers and we made quite a few changes during the process which Luke was more than happy to address and assist us in changing, and even covered the costs of some parts he felt would be unfair to make us pay for again. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom, we are so glad we went with Luke.

Luke and the team at LJS Plumbing did a brilliant job on our bathroom. My wife and I are expecting a baby, so we were on a tight deadline, and they stayed late to make sure everything was finished on time and to a very high standard. The quality of the work is excellent and we're over the moon with the result. I found a couple of small snagging items and Luke booked them in straight away. I was a bit nervous using a company I hadn't used before, but I couldn't fault them. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed from the quote visit to the work being carried out. The team ensured that our carpets were protected from any work debris. They attended on time on date. The team worked late into one evening so that we wouldn't be without heating, even though we said that they could leave the heating till the following day. When we noticed a very slow leak from one the new radiators, Luke made sure that on a day we were back from a mini break, the radiator was fixed. I would highly recommend this company.
